Hearing Aid
Maintenance

Looking after your hearing aids is important to keep them working well. We can help you learn how to best look after your hearing aids, including how to replace their batteries.

BSL 
Classes

BSL is the language of the Deaf community. BSL has its own vocabulary, structure and grammar which is different from English.

Support
Groups

Our groups are free and provide a friendly, relaxed environment where members can meet other deaf or hard of hearing people for a tea or coffee and get the support they need.

Screening

Assistive
Equipment

Our free and confidential hearing screening service for adults.  This can give you a general idea of your hearing levels and whether further tests are advised.

Lipreading Classes

Many people with hearing loss find following speech difficult. Learning lipreading can help because certain speech sounds, which can often be difficult to hear, make good, identifiable, visible shapes.

We offer a range of equipment that can help bridge the gap in communication and help to keep independence.

From counter to room loops, we can fit and maintain your systems for you. Induction loops may be old but are still unbeaten in helping to communicate.
