PLEASE NOTE – Our free Hearing Aid Maintenance and battery replacement service is only available to those who have obtained their hearing aid(s) from the following NHS Audiology Departments and NHS Providers:

Please bring your brown NHS book with you if you have one.
We are very sorry if this means we cannot help you; please contact your hearing aid provider for support and, if necessary, contact your GP if you experience any difficulties when accessing support as they may be able to refer you to an alternative provider.
Eastbourne Centre drop-in sessions every Tuesday and Wednesday
FREE Hearing Aid Maintenance (HAM) and battery replacements plus equipment demonstrations, information and support available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Eastbourne Centre:
Chantry House (ground floor), 22 Upperton Road, BN21 1BF – from 10:00am–12:30pm and 1:30pm–3:30pm.
